Building Design

The Construction Planning business unit provides both architectural and engineering services. Sustainability and economic efficiency are not contradictory. We advise our clients with concepts that are forward-looking. We create designs that reflect a living architecture that meets the demands of our time. The engineering disciplines provide support in the early planning phases. Structural design, for example, can positively influence cost-optimized structural planning, and with the help of technical building equipment, current energy standards can be easily met. We are also happy to assist in the preparation of tender documents and in the awarding of contracts. The support can go as far as construction supervision and preparation of the final documentation. In a current research project we are working on the transfer of the BIM model into a database for the facilty management. This will enable us to offer services over the entire life cycle of the building in the future.
